PURPOSE:To prevent formation of dried bean curd, to prevent clogging on the filter surface and to separate soybean milk from bean-curd refuse smoothly, by covering the liquid level of soybean milk in a process to separate soybean milk from bean-curd refuse. CONSTITUTION:A separator (filter) 21 of soybean milk and bean-curd refuse consists of a closed system and the separator is equipped with a feed opening S1 to introduce steam into the separator and with an outlet B1 to discharge surplus steam. |
