PURPOSE:To improve quality, to reduce cost of production and to carry out oxidation-reduction aging of raw material SAKE (Japanese rice wine) in an early stage, by removing an oily component in SAKE by the use of a ceramic capable of showing either an oxidizing state or a reducing state and harmless to human body.
