摘要 PURPOSE:To coat and form an ultra-thin film uniformly on the surface of a long-sized object to be treated by developing a polymer soln. on a liquid surface to form the film developed on the liquid surface and passing the long-sized object to be treated through the film plane of the film developed on the liquid surface. CONSTITUTION:A solvent soln. of a high-molecular polymer such as polyester is supplied from a supply port 3 and is developed on the surface of a water surface 12 in producing the long-sized object, in particular hollow yarn composite film. Said soln, is taken off by a conveyor 4 to form the film of the polyether sulfone, etc., continuously developed on the water surface 12. The long-sized object to be treated such as separately manufactured porous PE film or the like is run from the opposite side of the water layer to the water layer in the intermediate part between the polymer soln. supply port 3 and the conveyor 4 where the liquid still has flowability. The ultra-thin film sized 0.01-0.5mu is thus uniformly coated and formed on said object.
