A silver halide color reversal light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon at least one red-sensitive emulsion layer, at least one green-sensitive emulsion layer and at least one blue-sensitive emulsion layer, at least one layer of said light-sensitive material comprising (1) an emulsion containing tabular silver halide grains having a diameter/thickness ratio of at least of about 4 and (2) at least one compound represented by the following general formulae (I) to (IV), said tabular silver halide grains being present in amount of at least about 50% of the total projected area of silver halide grains present in the same layer: <IMAGE> (I) wherein M1 represents a hydrogen atom, a cation or a group cleavable in alkaline conditions, and Z represents an atomic group as defined in the specification; <IMAGE> (II) wherein R1, R2, R3 and R4, which may be the same or different, each represents an alkyl group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group as defined in the specification, X(-) represents an anion, and n is 1 or is 0 when the compound forms an inner salt; <IMAGE> (III) wherein R5 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group, V represents O, S, Se or NR6 wherein R6 represents an alkyl group, an aralkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group or a heterocyclic group, which may be the same or different from R5, and Q1 represents an atomic group as defined in the specification; and <IMAGE> (IV) wherein Y and Z, which may be the same or different, each represents a methine group, a substituted methine group or a nitrogen atom, Q2 represents an atomic group as defined in the specification, and M2 represents a hydrogen atom or a cation selected from an alkali metal cation and an ammonium ion.
