PURPOSE:To remove instability in magnetic performance on the stage of manufacturing while maintaining chemicalproof property and suppression of non- reversible demagnetization in a resin magnet, by making the resin magnet composed of a magnet material, epoxyoligomer, and specific hydrazide. CONSTITUTION:This magnet is composed of a magnet material such as rare earth magnet powder, epoxyoligomer, hydrazide shown in a formula, and an agent added as needed. (Ar in this formula is a radical remaining by removing two hydroxyl groups from two value phenol.) A condensed material comprising epichlorohydrin and a bisphenol group, represented by diglycidyl ether bisphenol A(DGEBA), and besides materials of novolak type, polyphenol type, polyhydroxybenzene type, aromatic carboxylic acid type, alicyclic type, etc. are used as epoxyoligomer. A suitable ratio of mixing hydrazide to epoxyoligomer is that active hydrogen per equivalent of epoxy resin is 0.5-1.5 equivalent. |
