PURPOSE:To ensure a drive power supply for an AC elevator even at a new building construction site, to which a three-phase AC power supply is not provided, by supplying a three-phase induction motor with power through a single- phase full-wave rectifier circuit and a three-phase full-wave control bridge. CONSTITUTION:A single-phase full-wave rectifier circuit 1 is connected at output terminals R, S for a single-phase AC power supply as a power supply for welding, etc. at a new building site before a three-phase power supply is mounted. A three-phase full-wave control bridge 2 converts DCs outputted from the single- phase full-wave rectifier circuit 1 into three phase ACS. The three-phase AC output is fed to power input terminals U, V, W for a three-phase induction motor and changed into load currents Iu, Iv, Iw, thus driving an AC elevator. |
