PURPOSE:To simplify the whole apparatus and to make it possible to guide constantly a constant amt. of an injection material to the injection nozzle side, by plasticizing sufficiently the injection material by means of plasticizing plates being set in a material path and storing temporarily a definite amt. of the material in a metering cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A switching valve 23 is switched to the side of a metering cylinder 4 and, for example, a rubber material 36 is pressed down by means of a plunger 8. The rubber material 36 is plasticized by a plurality of plasticizing plates being set in a material path 22 being temp.-controlled and is gradually introduced in the metering cylinder 4 while a plunger 18 is pushed up. The ascent of the plunger 18 is stopped by means of a limit-switch 19, etc. and the pressure is released. The descent of the plunger 8 in a charge cylinder 3 is then stopped and the pressure is released. A definite amt. of the plasticized rubber material 37 can be always temporarily stored in the metering cylinder 4. The switching valve 23 is switched to the side of an injection nozzle 6 and the plunger 18 is lowered. The rubber material 37 is further plasticized by means of the plasticizing plates 24 and injected into a cavity 35. |
