<p>PURPOSE:To enable fuel supply to be automatically controlled, while improving the stability of a reclaimed land and promoting loading and unloading efficiency by reducing pellet voids, by a method in which refuse plastic material is pulverized and heated, and then it is extruded by a mold into the sticklike column with a specified particle diameter and length. CONSTITUTION:Refuse plastic pellet P is composed of a sticklike almost columnar body of a diameter of 8-12mm and a length of 20-25mm. To obtain said pellet, refuse plastic is first crushed roughly, and after pulverizing it is press-worked by an extrusion molding machine. The pellet is obtained in a series of production processes of sorting, rough crushing, selecting, pulverizing and molding under heating. In the sorting process, only plastic refuse is sorted out from urban refuse and industrial waste matter and is collected, and in the roughly crushing process, refused plastic is crushed by a crusher of a vertical uniaxial swing hammer type, etc., and in the selecting process, only such refuse plastic that is fusible under heating is collected, and metallic refuse and wet refuse, for example, are taken off, and in the pulverizing process, roughly crushed plastic refuse is pulverized into further fine particles, e.g. into small particles of about 10mm diameter, and in the extrusion molding process, the pulverized plastic refuse is extrusion molded into the refused plastic pellet, by using a special heating extrusion molding machine.</p> |
