PURPOSE:To attain an effective inspection and restoration pro cessing by permitting an independently generated packet to automatically verify that a call established in a public packet switching network via a private packet switching network is allowed to stand uselessly at every logical channel. CONSTITUTION:A means to verify the validity of the call established at every logical channel is provided. The packet for verifying the validity of the call is generated per logical channel having established a call. By using the generated packet, verification is made. Thus a packet communication control equipment is formed which individually inspects and finds out the call that is established in the public packet switching network and is allowed to stand uselessly and which cuts and restores the call.
