PURPOSE:To make a structure simple and a cost inexpensive by providing a stopper means which sets the first gear idly put on a winding shaft and the second gear fixed onto the shaft meshing each other while stopping the third gear temporarily. CONSTITUTION:When a seat belt 1 is pulled out to be worn by a boarding person and a winding shaft 4 rotates against the force of a winding spring 5, the second gear 10 rotates, but the rotation of the first gear 9 is hindered by a follow-up pin 12 which link-stops the starting end of a cam groove 9a. Thereupon, the necessary amount of the seat belt 1 is pulled out, and a tongue is inserted into a buckle and a buckle switch is actuated to become ON, and then the third gear 28 is temporarily stopped by a stopper means 15 without meshing with gears 9, 10 immediately. And the boarding person move-inclines oneself a little forward, and the seat belt 1 is pulled out again, and then the gear 28 meshes with simultaneously both of the gears 9, 10, and the winding of the seat belt 1 is done with enough room for the boarding person not to feel an oppressive sensation. Afterward, these gears 9, 10, 28 rotates in a body. |
