The light tube (3), with its additional part (8), is pressed into a hole (4) in the body (1,2) of the candlestick, and the axially directed ribs are made to engage with the material surrounding the hole, thus retaining the tube unrotatably in the hole. A lock ring (10) with external teeth (11) is threaded over the light tube, and pressed into the hole in the candlestick body so that it locates against the surface (12) of the additional part (8). With its teeth, it engages the material surrounding the hole preventing axial withdrawal of the light tube. It is pressed into the hole in the body using a socket-shaped mandril (13), which is threaded over the light tube. The lock ring is threaded over the light tube prior to the latter being inserted in the candlestick body hole. |
