PURPOSE:To obtain a bathing agent giving moistened skin and pleasant smooth skin like baby's skin after bathing, by using sodium (bi)carbonate as an active component and compounding chitosan or modified chitosan thereto. CONSTITUTION:The objective bathing agent contains sodium carbonate or sodium bicarbonate as an active component and added with 0.5-5wt% chitosan of formula or modified chitosan (e.g. chitosan succinate, chitosan alkylphosphate, etc.). A smooth and moist skin with pleasant feeling can be attained without giving springy feeling by bathing in bath water containing the bathing agent. Accordingly, the bathing agent gives a consumer with psychical and psychological sufficient and refreshing feeling in addition to physical satisfactory feeling and has extremely high commercial value. |
