PURPOSE:To enable re-rising under the previous indicated condition after the power source of a printing apparatus is turned OFF, by storing paper feed pitch information indicated by a key in various paper feed pitches in memory supported by a battery. CONSTITUTION:A printing condition is set by the signal of the paper feed pitch (one line space in the drawing) indicated by a key L2 in various paper feed pitches and said signal is inputted to and stored in auxiliary memory 57 through a keyboard control unit 24 and a data bus DB. This auxiliary memory 57 is supported by a battery 23 and memory is allowed to last even when the power source of a printing apparatus is turned OFF and a paper feed condition is set by the signal generated when the printing apparatus re-rises. |
