摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent strength of a shrink-fit portion from decreasing due to temperature rise by placing uniformly distributed intermediate materials to be held between a fitting and fitted material over a shaft of a stepped portion of the fitted material, with the intermediate materials having coefficient of thermal expansion greater than the fitting and fitted materials, and then bonding both of the materials by shrink fit. CONSTITUTION:An intermediate material 5 is uniformly placed over a peripheral surface of a stepped, small-diametered portion 3 of a fitted material 1. The length of the intermediate 5 is the same with that of the stepped, small- diametered portion 3 and its inner and outer diameters are respectively equal to the outer diameter of the stepped, small-diametered portion 3 and an inner diameter of a female hole of the fitting material 2. The intermediate material 5 is made of a material having a coefficient of thermal expansion greater than the fitted material 1 and the fitting material 2. For instance, in the case Si3N4 is bonded with a low-alloy steel, SUS304 can be used as the intermediate material. When shrink-fitting, the inner surface of the intermediate material 5 is closely fitted and equally distributed over the periphery of the stepped, small- diametered portion 3 and the shrink fit process is started.
