PURPOSE:To contrive to omit a post-treatment process by cutting a disposable boss part in a mold with a gate seal pin in a molding cycle, by providing the boss part at the stationary side of a cavity part, and a gate seal pin which has a little larger diameter than that of the boss part, a tip of conical shape and projection on said conical end, at the movable side on the same axis as the boss part. CONSTITUTION:A gate seal pin 13 which is slidable and has a conical tip portion 26 and a convex part 28 at its end is provided at the movable side on the same axis as the disposable boss part 23 provided at the stationary side of a product portion-cavity 22. The gate seal pin 13 is advanced slidingly in the process in which a first ejector plate 15 is pushed by an ejector rod 17 in a state where a mold is closed after an injection cooling process has been finished, and the tip conical part 26 is connected to an end surface 27 of the disposable boss part 23 molded on the insert 7 on the stationary side, thereby separating the resin in the cavity part 22 from the resin in the disposable boss part 23. By this process, the disposable boss part can be cut off without a post-treatment. |
