PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic-removing agent capable of removing a cosmetic without damaging the skin, nail, etc., nor necessitating washing with water, by compounding an oil such as magnolia oil, squalane, etc., and a volatile silicone oil and/or lower alcohol. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition capable of extremely easily and safely removing cosmetics such as rouge, cheek rouge, eye-shadow, eye-liner, mascara, foundation, facial powder, milkyl lotion, cream, manicure, etc., is produced by compounding (A) one or more kinds of oils selected from vegetable oil, animal oil and synthetic oil (especially preferably magnolia oil, squalane, isopropyl myristate, isoparaffin, etc.) and (B) a volatile silicone oil (especially preferably linear dimethylpolysiloxane, cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane or silicone polyether copolymer) and/or a lower alcohol (preferably ethanol or isopropanol). |
