<p>A device for the simulation of climbing includes a frame (12, 14) having a vertically adjustable step (24) and an upstanding handle (26) to permit the user to simulate climbing by stepping up and down the step (24). The problem in past exercises is that the parts of a user's body are subject to impact force which can cause injury to the exerciser. Applicant has developed a device where impact forces are not present.</p> |
