<p>PURPOSE:To enhance dyeability and to reduce yellowing due to ultraviolet ray irradiation by incorporating a specified photosensitive agent in a resin film to be used for a color filter. CONSTITUTION:The dyeable resin film to be used for the color filter is formed on the surface of a base made of a polymer having basic groups by adding to said resin the photosensitive agent represented by formula I in which n is 2 or 3. This agent is easily soluble in the organic solvent to be used for the color filter resin, extremely wide in operation allowance, and prevented from yellowing due to light irradiation, because of nonconjugated system in spite of a diazide system, and further, it is good in compatibility with water because of the presence of ethylene glycol groups as the partial structures, and consequently, it is high in dyeability.</p> |
