PURPOSE:To enable conversion of a phase using a simple circuit by storing an input waveform as several waveforms with a shifted phase and selecting/ outputting one waveform based on time required from a resetting point to a waveform variation point right before the former. CONSTITUTION:An input waveform 101 is sampled by a sampling clock 116 in a shift register circuit 50 and stored as several waveforms with a phase shift by a clock. The sampled input waveform is output as it is until a resetting signal 106 is entered into a latching circuit 6. When the resetting signal 106 is entered, a count value (109...110) counted by a counter circuit 5 from a time of waveform variation preceding a time of the counting to this time of the counting is entered into the latching circuit 6. A value (107...108) stored into the latching circuit 6 is given to a selection terminal on a data selection circuit 2. One saveform in selected and output from among several waveforms (102, 103...104) given from a shift register circuit 1 to the data selection circuit 2 based on the value. |
