摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the desired adhesive intensity by providing a hot-melt adhesive layer having viscosity at a normal temperature up to the outer circumferential edge of a disk but not to the inner circumferential edge and at the same time covering the entire surface of the outer circumferential edge of the adhesive layer with a hot-melt adhesive layer which is not viscous at a normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:A hot-melt adhesive layer 4 having viscosity at a normal temperature reaches the outer circumferential edge E0 of both optical disks X and Y but not the inner circumferential edge Ei of both disks. Thus the flow-out margin l is secured at the inner circumferential edge part between the inner circumferential edge of the layer 4 and the edge Ei of the disks so that the overflowed hot-melt adhesive never goes over the edge Ei. While the adhesive goes over the edge E0 and therefore a covering hot-melt adhesive layer 5 which is not viscous at a normal temperature is provided over the entire circumference of the disk and also over the entire thickness of the disk. Thus it is possible to an optical disk of high quality that keeps the desired adhesive intensity and if free from overflow of the adhesive.
