PURPOSE:To obtain a good output condition and minimize detachments of output terminals by protecting an output terminal from a stress which would separate the output terminal by dividing the surface region of the output terminal into a plurality of regions and covering these with an insulating protection film. CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of output terminals 6a, 6n are covered with pieces 51...... extended from an insulating protection film 5 and the surface regions of the output terminals 6a, 6n are divided into a plurality of regions by the pieces. That is, the output terminals 6a, 6n consist of divided terminals 62a......, 62n...... which are formed by dividing the surfaces. If a stress which would remove the output terminals 6a, 6n is applied, the stress is dispersed since the output terminals 6a, 6n are divided into the plurality of terminals 62a......, 62n...... and if the stress is concentrated to one of the divided terminals 62a......, 62n......, the separation is prevented since the pieces 51...... which form the divided terminals 62a......, 62n...... are connected strongly to the substrate 1. |
