PURPOSE:To cut off and remove excess portions of leads of a printed circuit board, by rotating close to the board a rotary plate made of hard material and formed with concave grooves on its upper face. CONSTITUTION:The rotary plate 8 is formed on its upper face with circular concave grooves 9 and radial concave grooves 10. The printed circuit board 1 bears various parts 2 and leads 3 having burrs 4. The rotary plate 8 is hold under the leads 3 of said board 1 with a given gap between the upper face of the rotary plate 8 and the lower face of the board 1. The rotary plate 8 is given reciprocal movements as well as rotation, and as a result thereof, is applied with relative movements to slide over the whole lower surface of the board 1, whereby the lead burrs 4 are effectively removed by the concave grooves of the rotary plate 8. |
