Solutions of oxazaphosphorines with an improved stability, and process for their preparation

Solutions of oxazaphosphorines of the general formula <IMAGE> in which R1, R2 and R3 are identical or different and denote hydrogen, methyl, ethyl, 2-chloroethyl or 2-methanesulphonyloxyethyl and at least two of these radicals are 2-chloroethyl and/or 2-methanesulphonyloxyethyl, in 80-100% (v/v) ethanol, the oxazaphosphorine concentration being 10-70 per cent (w/v), and a process for their preparation.
