Community antenna system

For a community antenna system for receiving and distributing left- and right-hand circular polarised satellite broadcasting signals, it is proposed to connect the connecting sockets in series via a single coaxial cable, one end of the coaxial cable being fed with the left-hand circular polarised signal component and the other end of the coaxial cable being fed with the left-hand circular polarised signal component and the other end of the coaxial cable being fed with the right-hand circular polarised signal component. In each connecting socket, a directional coupler adaptor is provided which separates the signal components transmitted as advancing and returning waves on the single coaxial cable and distributes them to the two connecting sockets of the connecting boxes.
