Travel table for motor vehicles

A travel table for motor vehicles having a table plate which can be swivelled into a working position and a stowed position is mounted on a holder which can be fastened to the rear seat of a vehicle seat backrest. The holder is of essentially the same width as the backrest and is adapted in overall height to the cross-sectional shape of the rear of the backrest. The holder can be bevelled in the region of its outer edges. The table plate is mounted such that it can swivel in bearing brackets which, for their part, are arranged on the holder and have integrated stops for the table plate in the horizontal arrangement.
