<p>PURPOSE:To retrieve the information for two related pages and to independently and simultaneously display for one page respectively by providing a displaying means composed of both right and left picture to display respectively the image information in page unit every page unit. CONSTITUTION:When the instruction of the image information of a retrieving object is executed from a keyboard 21, a CPU 10 retrieves and displays the necessary image information from the image information filed to an optical disk device 16 beforehand. For example, one page of a document is displayed on the picture of a left CRT 19. Next, when the mode changing-over is instructed from the keyboard 21, a control part 22 changes over the footer contents of the left CRT 19. The footer contents are respective displaying modes of the sheet, plural classifications and plural documents. At present, when plural classification displaying modes are selected, the same is displayed at left and right CRT 19 and 20. Next, when the footer is shifted to the right CRT 20 and a drawing page is selected by the right CRT 20, the document is displayed at the left CRT 19 and the drawing is displayed at the right CRT 20.</p> |
