PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time by providing an underbar relative address part in a scan data file and successively writing and displaying scan-out results in address positions indicated with the underbar relative address part at the time of scan-out. CONSTITUTION:An underbar relative address part 12 which designates the position on a screen of the underbar, which indicates the display position of a display format, with the relative address from the display start point is added in a scan data file 1. When scan-out results are written in a format part of the scan data file, scan-out results are successively written and displayed in address positions indicated by the underbar relative address part 12. thus, it is sufficient if the processing is performed by the umber of underbars without retrieving the format part of a scan page file from the start to the end, and the processing time is shortened. |
