PURPOSE:To manufacture a window moulding simply and high-precisely, by a method wherein, in a front glass window moulding for a vehicle, after an extrusion-moulded long moulding material is cut to specified lengths, weirs are formed at a side part and corner parts by means of a shaping mould. CONSTITUTION:A core 12, on which an adhesive is applied, is fed to an extrusion mould 21, thermoplastic resin is extrusion-moulded to mould a moulding material 22, it is introduced to a cooling tank 24, and it is taken off by means of 24 as it is cooled, and is cut by means of 25. Thereafter, a side part 6 and corner parts 11 of the cut moulding material 22 are inserted in a moulding tool 26 formed with a lower support mould, a bottom mould, a press mould, and a heating source to form weirs 16. This constitution enables high-precise and simple manufacture of the moulding material. |
