PURPOSE:To save an information clerk and a guide and to attain labor saving in a simple hotel such as a motel or a rest house by providing a card recording a room code with a user to operate the lock of room. CONSTITUTION:An information medium supplying means 3 is a using card supplying device displaying a room number the like selected by a selecting means 2 and recording the room code in the magnetic recording band of the card. The lock 5 provided to the door of each room incorporates a card reader 7 reading out the recorded room code and a coincidence detecting circuit 8 discriminating whether the room code is coincident or not. Only in case of coincidence, the door is opened. An integrated data processing machine 9 is arranged at the outlet of the motel, and when the user inserts the using card into a card reader 10, each data stored in a memory 15 are read out to prepare the detailed account by a printer 11. |
