<p>PURPOSE:To reduce noise or trouble, by providing an impact seat against which a falling hammer impacts a means for supplying high pressure air to the under side of the hammer to raise said hammer and a means for abruptly reducing the pressure of high pressure air. CONSTITUTION:High pressure air flowing in from a high pressure air inlet 8 traverses air common piping 7 to enter a check valve 9 to bring said valve 9 to a closed state and the air pressure of the air common piping 7 is enhanced. This high pressure air passes through a union 6 and subsequently passes through the central piercing hole of an impact seat to push up a hammer 1. A three-way solenoid valve 12 is set to a position opened to the atmosphere to allow the air pressure in the air common piping 7 to fall and said piping 7 is opened to the atmosphere at a stroke to allow a hammer 1' to fall to impact against the impact seat 3. This impact force is transmitted to a vertical pipe 2 to propagate to the whole of a member such as a discharge electrode 18 having dust adhered thereto and the adhesion dust on the discharge electrode is shaken off.</p> |
