摘要 PURPOSE:To improve vibration resistance and reduce change-over time by sliding a movable part which is formed with the yoke parts forming an electromagnet into one body, is provided with three magnetic poles and includes a permanent magnet mounted with a prism on the central magnetic pole surface. CONSTITUTION:The optical path changer used for communication, measurement control, etc. using optical fibers disposes a movable housing 1b having a permanent magnet 1c mounted with a prism 1a and magnetic poles 1d, 1e on the central magnetic pole 9 of the electromagnet and is made into such 3-magnetic-pole construction in which the magnetic flux is returned through yokes 8a, 8b, electromagnet magnetic poles 2a, 2b to the central magnetic pole 9 by flowing current to coils 3a, 3b from a driving current control circuit 7, whereby the movable housing 1b is slid. Hence, the magnetic path of the permanent magnet 1c is formed by one of the magnetic poles 2a, 2b, whereby vibration resistance characteristics are improved, magnetic reluctance is decreased and change-over time and power consumption are reduced.
