摘要 PURPOSE:To curtail remarkably an adjusting man-hour, to stabilize a characteristic of a machine, and to reduce a cost by constituting so that an effective contact surface to an internal electric conductor opening end of a substrate is opposed to an effective non- contacting surface to an external electric conductor of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 8 of a necessary area is stuck by means of vapor-deposition, etc. to a press-contacting surface to an internal electric conductor opening end of a high dielectric substrate 3, and the electrode and the internal electric conductor opening end are connected by solder or a conductive adhesive agent 9. On the other hand, an electrode 10 is stuck to a presscontacting surface to an external electric conductor inside wall of the substrate 3, and the electrode 10 and external electric conductor inside wall are connected by solder or a conductive adhesive agent 11. Also, a position corresponding to an electrode non-stuck part of the external electric conductor inside wall is recessed 12 to a suitable depth, a frequency adjusting screw 13 is attached, and it is fixed to the external electric conductor outside wall with a lock nut 14. In this way, a fine adjustment of an electrostatic capacity can be executed by a frequent appearance of a screw 13 for holding a constant electrostatic capacity between the electrodes 8 and 10 which have sandwiched the substrate 3.
