<p>PURPOSE:To attain a maximum recording and reproduction of 16hr, by forming a front loading mechanism in two stages, and using two cassettes continuously. CONSTITUTION:A signal representing the completion of the containing of the cassette is sent from a front loading control circuit 3 to a system control circuit 4, and the system control circuit 4 operates a magnetic recording and reproducing device in a recording (reproducing) mode. And after completing the recording (reproduction) of the cassette set in a front loading 1, the signal representing the completion of a tape is sent from the system control circuit 4, and the front loading control circuit 3 supplies a current to a front loading motor 103, then starts the ejecting operation of the cassette. And a driving current is permitted to flow on a front loading motor 203, and the cassette set in a front loading mechanism 2 is sucked in, and the system control circuit 4 operates the magnetic recording and reproducing device in the recording (reproducing) mode again. In this way, it is possible to perform the maximum recording and reproduction of 16hr by one time of key switching operation.</p> |
