FLASKLESS TYPE MOLDING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To perform a core setting process in parallel with other molding process and to reduce the cycle time for molding by replacing alternately two drag flasks with a pair of lower flask receiving flasks with a flaskless type molding machine. CONSTITUTION:Two drag flasks 6 are replaced alternately between a flask plate station II and a core setting station III by means of a pair of drag flask receiving flasks 21,22 provided repeatedly turnably around the axial line of a perpendicularly disposed rotating column 19 with a flaskless type molding machine which forms a casting mold by using one cope flask 5 and two drag flasks 6. A core setting process is thus accomplished in parallel with the other molding stage.
