PURPOSE:To prevent a cylinder and a case from moving independently by prohibiting a rotor from being rotated by a key after unlocking is effected with no key used. CONSTITUTION:When a cylinder case 2 is rotated with no key used while a knob 3 is held by a hand, a slider 20 is energized to a rotor (4) side by a slider lock case 22 and a spring 21 wherein a leg 22a is released from a hole 1c and the slider lock case 22 is disengaged from a position cap 1a whereby the cylinder case 2 rotates integrally together with the rotor 4. Then, an ignition switch is changed over to an ON or a start position, and furthermore, a locking rod 8 is moved by the cam 7a fixed on the rotor 4. As a result, the stopper section 13b of a check lever 13 is engaged with the engaging section 8a of the rod 8. Under this condition, even if a key is tried to be inserted, the key can not go in because the leg 22a abuts on the position cap 1a, thereby preventing the slider 20 from retreating. |
