PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive winding nozzle, which can be formed readily, by inserting and fixing a fluorine resin tube characterized by wear and abrasion resistance in a hollow nozzle body made of metal or ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A fluorine resin tube 6 is inserted and fixed in a hollow nozzle body 5 made of metal or ceramics. Round parts are provided at a copper wire feeding port 7 and a copper wire removing port 8 at both ends by buffing. Thus the copper wire is protected. Or the fluorine resin tube 6 on the side of the copper wire feeding port 7 on one side is protruded to the outside of the nozzle body 5. When the side of the copper wire removing port 8 is abraded at the other end, the tip is sent out and cut with a knife. Thus both ends can be used at a low cost, high technology is not required and the nozzle, which resists light shock, can be obtained. |
