PURPOSE:To reduce the wear of a contacting position of a driving member with a rotor by transmitting a driving force by the friction of the side of the member with the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 24 is rotatably disposed through bearings 22, 23 at the center of a body case 21. Vibrating plates 26, 27 are contacted under pressure at the inner surface of rotatable one end by springs 28, 29 with the outer periphery of the rotor 24. Piezoelectric elements 41, 42 are secured to the position different at 90 deg. of the inner surface of the case 21. The plate 26 is displaced by the displacement of the element 41 while contacting under pressure with the outer periphery of the rotor 24, the plate 27 is separated from the outer surface of the rotor 24, the plate 27 is displaced by the displacement of the element 42 in the state of no contact under pressure with the outer periphery of the rotor 24, and the plate 26 is separated from the outer periphery of the rotor 24. The rotor 24 is rotated by the friction of the frictional materials 34, 35 of the plates 26, 27 with the rotor 24. |
