<p>PURPOSE:To carry out the final positioning by means of a lifter, etc. simply and smoothly by holding a reference pin which is projectingly provided on a conveying hanger for loading a vehicle body by means of a clamp device and carrying out the positioning of said hanger. CONSTITUTION:After a hanger 1 for loading and conveying a vehicle body W is stopped, a lifting frame 12 is lifted up and the camp members of a camp device 11 are closed holding a positioning reference pin 10 which is downwardly projected from the hanger 1 to position the hanger 1 in a defined position. Thereby, the body W which is positioned with respect to the hanger 1 by means of a locate pin 9, is positioned in a defined position and, then, by operating lifters 41, 42, the body W is lifted up from the hanger 1 to carry out the final positioning. Thereby, the final positioning of a vehicle body can be carried out simply and smoothly.</p> |
