<p>PURPOSE:To select a display form in response to each application by dividing a virtual screen into parts and giving the display control of plural windows to each divided screen based on an attribute table. CONSTITUTION:An application program 6 decides whether a single window should be used or not and gives a command 61 to a plural-window control means 7 for change of the screen size according to the result of said decision. Then the program 6 divides 74 a virtual screen 71 based on the designated sizes and then delivers another command 61 for decision of the window size and selection of plural windows. A part of the screen 71 is defined as a window 72 and displays 76 plural windows on an LCD panel 5 through a display controller 3. Furthermore, a command 61 is delivered for display attributes for designation of a screen scroll method, etc. These display attributes are set 75 to an attribute table 73. Then the designated display is given onto the panel 5 based on the information on the table 73.</p> |
