PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having an improved electric charge by combining an electric charge generating layer contg. a trigonal selenium, and an electric charge transfer layer contg. a compd. shown by a specific formula. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is formed by laminating the electric charge generating layer 2 and the electric charge transfer layer 3 as the photosensitive layer, in this order on a conductive substrate 1 composed of a titanium metal. Said generating layer 2 is composed of 30-70vol% the particulate trigonal selenium and a binding resin as a main component, and has <=1mum, preferably, 0.05-0.5mum film thickness. The transfer layer 3 contains 10-75wt% one or more kind of the compd. shown by the formula wherein R1-R6 are each hydrogen or chlorine atom or 1-4C alkyl group. Thus, the titled body having the improved electric charge and sensitivity is obtd. |
