<p>PURPOSE:To completely weld a fixed core to a guide tube by coating the core with an anti-corrosive metal without disturbing the welding, and then welding the core to the tube. CONSTITUTION:A fixed core 1 is coated with metal which does not disturb the welding of the core 1 to the tube 6. The surface of the core 1 thus coated may be of the whole surface of the core 1 or only the outer peripheral surfaces 2, 2a including the part 2a to be welded, the inner surface of a hole 3, the end face 4 fed in a tube 6 and the end face 5 of the opposite side. After one end of the core 1 is inserted in a predetermined distance in the tube 6, the core 1 is welded to the tube 6. Thus, the core 1 is completely welded to the tube 6.</p> |
