<p>PURPOSE:To improve the rigidity and light shieldability of a tray by using a mixture contg. a PP resin, carbon black and PE to form a light shieldable tray base for housing a photosensitive film. CONSTITUTION:The light shieldable tray base and flexible cover are joined to form the package and the photosensitive film is housed therein. The light shieldable tray base is formed of the mixture contg. 50-90wt% PP/alpha olefin copolymer, 0.2-5.0wt% carbon black and 9.8-49.8wt% linear LDPE. A resin having >=18g/10min melt index, >=9,000kg/cm<2> bending modulus, >=2.0kg.cm/cm notched Izod impact strength at 23 deg.C is used as the PP/alpha olefin copolymer. Since the light shieldable tray base is formed of the above-mentioned mixture, the physical strength, rigidity and light shieldability of the light shieldable tray base are improved.</p> |
