PURPOSE:To perform efficient heating, and cooling, humidity conditioning operation through recovery of exhaust heat, by a method wherein a heat recovery coil on the exhaust side is connected to the refrigerant condenser and the refrigerant vaporizer of a water to water heat pump through a valve, a cooling coil on the feed side to the refrigerant condenser of the water to water heat pump through a valve, and a heating coil to the refrigerant condenser of the water to water pump through a valve. CONSTITUTION:In heating, with valves 1, 2, 5, and 6 closed and valves 3, 4, 7, and 8 opened, heat is recovered from exhaust gas to increase the temperature of the heat by means of a water to water heat pump 21 to heat feed air. In cooling, the valves 1, 2, 5, and 6 are opened and the valves 3, 4, 7, and 8 are closed. When an open air temperature is low, a freezer is operated, and when an open air temperature is high, a heat recovery heat pump is run to radiate heat from a heat recovery coil 19. When reheating is needed, the valves 7 and 8 are opened to circulate hot water through a heating coil 14. When an open air temperature is low, humidification is effected, and when humidity is high, cold water is circulated through a cooling coil 13 for dehumidification, and reheating is effected by means of the heating coil 14. |
