<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the rise preventing factors by securing the response of a power supply application control part for device to be controlled to the application end signal sent from a signal generating part of the device to be controlled. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 contains a CPU 2A forming a power supply application control part 2, an output part 2B and an input part 2C and delivers output signals (a)-(d) to control an electromagnetic switch 4B for a device 3 to be controlled, an alarm part 10 and an automatic informing device 11. The device 11 is connected to a monitor center 13 via a communication circuit 12. The device 3 includes a power supply part 4C, a CPU 5A forming a signal generating part 5, and an output part 5B. Then a power supply 4A of the device 3 is applied under the control of the part 2. While an application end signal is produced from the part 5 in response to the rise of a program. As a result, the part 2 decides the normal working of the device 3 from a fact that said application end signals sent back within a prescribed time.</p> |
