<p>PURPOSE:To lessen any variation in the resistance value of a resistance body layer, by making an insulator-coated layer which constitutes a voltage dividing resistor element to contain a transition metal oxide such as an iron oxide. CONSTITUTION:An insulator-coated layer 30 which constitutes a voltage dividing resistor element 21 is mainly made of lead borosilicate glass. And the insulator- coated layer contains at least one transition metal oxide selected from iron, nickel, chromium, cobalt, zinc, copper, zirconium and cadmium. By containing such a transition metal oxide, elusion of PbO from a resistor body layer 29 to the insulator-coated layer 30 is suppressed so that any variation in the resistance value of the resistor body 29 can be suppressed.</p> |
