PURPOSE:To provide electrode needles with a high density to conduct a high- accuracy recording, by a method wherein an electrode fixing member for an electrode head consists of lublicating inorganic powder and silicone resin. CONSTITUTION:An electrode fixing member for an electrode head consists of lublicating inorganic powder and silicone resin. The inorganic powder in sue has a flat particle structure and preferably has, a 1-3 low Mohs hardness in the light of the lublicating properties and wearability; particularly, hexagonal boron nitride and talc are most preferably used for the heat stability in the air and the lublicating properties and wearability. The mixture of the lublicating inorganic powder and the silicone resin set at a baking temperature of 380 deg.C or higher. The fixing member has appropriate wearability and a good heat resistance and flexural strength, thus enabling a good print recording properties without damaging the discharge breakdown recording paper. Therefore, an electrode head of the type wherein an electrode needles 11 is projected but exposed from fixing portions 12, 13, i.e. from the electrode head, can be provided; in this manner, the recording needles 11 can be provided with a high density to enable a high-accuracy recording. |
