PURPOSE:To provide electrode needles with a high density to conduct a high-accuracy recording, by a method wherein a fixing member consisting of hexagonal boron nitride powder and acrylate resin is used and conduction is carried out between exposed tip ends of long and thin electrical conductors and a recording body to record on the recording body. CONSTITUTION:In an electrode head, recessing is made in a fixing portion 12, and long and thin electrical conductors 11 are inserted into the slots, then being held and secured as electrode needles by using a fixing portion 13 made of a fixing material having properties similar to the fixing portion 12. The fixing member is composed of a molded form consisting of hexagonal boron nitride and acrylate resin. Therefore, the fixing member is prevented from the change of properties caused by the high temperature generating in printing; a recording paper is free from a damage because of the low hardness of the fixing member; and printing can be conducted stably because the appropriate wear of the fixing member due to sliding enables the constant exposure of the tip ends of the electrode needles even with the wear of the long and thin electrical conductors due to discharge. Additionally, the construction wherein the electrode needles are not projected but exposed from the fixing portions enables the electrode needles to be made thin; thus, the density of the electrode needles is enhanced to enable a hig-accuracy printing recording. |
