PURPOSE:To supply lubricating oil in proportion to negative pressure fluctuation in a crank chamber by providing a stroke adjusting means and a pressure balancing means between a pump body in a cylinder and a rod for connecting a piston to a diaphragm forming a working chamber. CONSTITUTION:A piston 3 is slidably fitted in a cylinder 2 provided in a pump body 1, and a pump chamber 4 is formed and connected to an oil tank through an introducing oil passage 5 provided with an inlet valve 6 which is formed in the mechanism of a check valve. The pump room 4 is connected to an exhaust oil passage 9 provided with an outlet valve 10 which is formed in the mechanism of a check valve through a connecting oil passage 7 between circumferential channels 8 provided on the circumferential face from the top face of the piston 3. The piston 3 is connected to a diaphragm 12 which forms a working chamber 11 in which the pressure of a crank chamber is introduced through a rod 13, a stroke is adjusted by an adjusting screw 14, and pressure balancing of a variable compression spring 19 which is opposite to a fixed compression spring 18 is regulated by an outside screw 15.
