PURPOSE:To easily obtain a product, the film bonding strength of which is large and which has extremely excellent protectiveness and decorativeness, by a method wherein synthetic resin base is joined onto the metallic roughened surface layer side, which is formed by electroplating on a nickel-phosphorous alloy layer formed on a support by electroplating, and finally the nickel-phosphorous alloy layer is separated from the support. CONSTITUTION:A nickel-phosphorous alloy layer 2 is formed by electroplating on the surface 11 of a support 1 for forming metallic deposit. In addition, a metallic roughened surface layer 3 is formed by electroplating on the layer 2. Copper, iron, cobalt, zinc or the like is used as the metal for obtaining the roughened surface. The nickel-phosphorous alloy layer 2 and the metallic roughened surface layer 3 are so strongly joined with each other as to form an integrated metallic deposit. Synthetic resin base is joined directly onto the metallic roughened surface layer 3 side of the metallic deposit. The joining method is, for example, to charge resin 4 to the support 1, which also acts as a mold (or a female mold) and, after that, to integrate the resin 4 and the metallic deposit under the state being heated and pressurized by a male mold 9. By being removed from the molds after the integration and cooling under pressure, a molded item, in which the metallic deposit is strongly joined with the resin base, is obtained. |
