PURPOSE:To change only the temperature of cooling water for fuel cell without change of the temperature of a steam separator to prevent decrease in life of a fuel cell by installing a reformer, a steam separator which is connected to a reformer and supplies cooling hot water to a fuel cell, a pump, and a cooling unit which cools the cooling hot water in a cooling water supply line between the steam separator and a fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:A steam seaprator 2 is connected to a mixer 5 and a reformer 3 through a steam supply line 9, and a raw fuel supply line 10 is connected to the mixer 5. The steam separator 2 is connected to the secondary side of a cooling unit 6 through a pump 4 installed in a cooling hot water supply line 8 and to the fuel cell 1. The outlet of the fuel cell 1 is connected to the steam separator 2 through an outlet piping line 13. The primary side of the cooling unit 6 is connected to a cooling water supply line 11 through a control valve 7, and the outlet is connected to the steam separator 2 through a cooling water supply line 12. |
